Leadership for Cub Scouting is made very easy!

Committee positions are outlined with responsibilities. View Volunteer page for information.
Cub Master and Den Leaders have programs defined for them to follow for leading their Pack or Den meetings!
- Leadership Manuals are available from the Scout shop.
- Program Helps are available. This booklet has the entire year planned out for Pack and Den meetings. All you have to do is follow them.
- Leadership resources are available through the internet. Go to Leader Resources on our site.
Sunset Trail District offers a Roundtable once a month for the Scouting Community to attend. Valuable information is given at Roundtable with many ideas for leading your Pack or Den Meeting. Roundtable is held the 2nd Thursday of every month at 7:00pm at the LDS Stake Center (Click here for map!).
Training is provided by Council. Each leadership position requires training. Training is done usually on one day and is about 1-2 hours long. Training schedule is linked from our Leader Resources page.
Each den or year schedules their own meeting that works for their group.
Previous leaders from Pack 207 are always willing to share ideas. Attending the Pack Committee Meeting is a great way to get those ideas! Schedule of Pack 207's Committee Meetings can be obtained from the Pack Calendar!
If Leadership is not for you, please consider helping with one of the Pack activities! All activities have been outlined with procedures. You can contact the Pack Committee Chair for information.
Committee meetings are held monthly one week before a scheduled Pack meeting. At these meetings the monthly Pack meeting is planned out and any upcoming events are reviewed along with any Pack buisness items. The meeting is led by the Committee Chairperson and the Cub Master.
